My plan

Aiyo.. really don’t like to write my daily lifestyle in my blog. If I keeping writing these, think I will stop blogging someday, hehe..Anyway, I will back Malaysia on 10 August, which is next Friday. When I back Malaysia I got lots of plans need to organize and carry out for my future career. And, every high school will have many activities or installation in this August. My popular neighbour is the interact president in the High School and also his all lovely friend all got big big post too..haha..I am looking forward their activities and have fun with them this month. However, when the time I back Malaysia, I surely will miss my sweet moment in Australia...Feel sad…And I will miss u, Australia.

Okie, tell you guys my plans in Muar (Decide to stay in muar after graduated)

1. Find back my golf pro, Uncle Richard, learn back from him and play in golf field this time. Hope I can learn all his techniques and start my golf game in green field with my friends.

2. I don’t like work for other people “ta kong”. Sure I will follow my words but not now. At the moment, I will work for one small shipping company to learn all the shipping procedures and documents needed. This will help my future career as in ship product from other countries to our own country/my hometown. (Step 1)

3. Next, as the part time stuff, I will try to find the way to carry out my TWO big plans in Sungai Mati. Food court in Sungai Mati is my big big plan. The most important thing is need to find the suitable and strategy big lands. Develop Sungai Mati into Sungai Hidup is in my plan. Big Giant can see the way, why I can’t. Besides that, I will devote my free time to help my dad manage his company. (Step 2)

4. As in Muar, I need search some SMALL strategy place/land (sought of “lim teh” place) which is different from my Sungai Mati plan. (not the shop, is the empty land). I hope i can bring italian pizza ideas to muar in my own build and design land. (Step 3)

5. Step 1 is my important main road while Step 2 and 3 is my other branches roads. I hope Step 2 and Step 3 will provide me all rentals $$$ and only with my little management. And therefore I can focus on my Step 1. (Related to my field, International Business)

6. Finally, hope my friend will give me support and provide me some useful ideas. The best is I hope my dad will give fully support for me especially in financial stuff..hehe…(as picture above :P)

Dow Jones Industrials Average plunged 311.5 points!!!

On Thursday, the Dow Jones Industrials Average plunged 311.5 points, or 2.26%, to close at 13,473.6. The New York Stock Exchange imposed trading curbs as the index tumbled as much as 430 points in the afternoon session. Thursday's sharp falls had already been preceded by a sharp decline of 226 points for the Dow on Tuesday, leading many to worry of more weakness ahead.
On Friday, the KLCI opened sharply lower and stayed in deep negative territory. At its lowest point, the index fell as much as 33.6 points, but recovered part of it to end 26.1 points or 1.9% lower at 1,355.4. On a positive note, losses here were lower than many of its regional peers. Declining stocks outweighed advancing ones by a hefty 6-to-1 ratio on volume of two billion shares.

Property share increase and remain active.

It is time to look at Monday klse point and probably can top up good counter.

Big News (RM500mil savings through Synergy Drive)

KUALA LUMPUR: Synergy Drive Bhd, which aims to list on Bursa Malaysia in November, expects savings of between RM400mil and RM500mil a year from its merger of plantations, properties and other businesses starting July 1, 2009.
The huge plantations-based company also has projected a pro forma operating profit of RM2.7bil and revenue of RM26bil, based on the results for the 2006 financial year.
On completion of the merger, Synergy Drive will be the world's largest listed palm oil company. It will account for 8% of global output, producing some 2.2 million tonnes of crude palm oil a year. And it will have total plantation land of 560,000ha in Malaysia and Indonesia.
The plantation business is set to contribute some 41.5% to operating profits.

My Kencana bought at 1.57, now 2.81.(20 JULY, 2007)=(HOLD IT)

Good news benefit THE going for oil and gas service support companies have been great. With exciting times ahead, local fabricator Kencana Petroleum Bhd appears to be benefiting positively from strong order flows from oil exploration and production activities. Since its listing the company has constantly been in the spotlight, whether its due to big names in its shareholding list or possible tie ups with other oil and gas companies.

Just last month, Kencana Petroluem Bhd’s subsidiaries won two oil and gas contracts worth a total RM40mil in Labuan and Bintulu. The project in Labuan is worth RM26mil, and was awarded by Petronas Carigali while the Bintulu project worth RM14mil was awarded by Malaysia LNG Dua Sdn Bhd. Kencana is also a frontrunner for contracts from the mega US$7bil (RM24bil) trans-peninsula oil pipeline project. Industry observers are optimistic on Kencana’s prospects and foresee more jobs rolling in.

For the nine months to April 30, Kencana recorded RM38.19mil in net profit on the back of RM506.56mil in revenue. It has about RM1.2bil in its orderbook and is bidding for RM1.2bil to RM1.4bil in new jobs. – By Tee Lin Say
